Steller's Sea Eagles
Taking photographs on a small rocking fishing boat is not easy. The tripod soon turns out to cause more problems than the necessary stability it is supposed to provide. Fortunately, I always take along a small linen bag filled with sunflower seeds which I can lay on the rail. I lay the telephoto lens on this tiny bag, which gives me enough stability to be able to take sharp photos.
